avocado and honey

People who have cracked or dry hands should not hesitate to use this natural remedy.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado.
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (better if it is sweetened) (50 g).

What should you do?

  • Extract the pulp of the avocado and mix with the honey.
  • When you get a homogeneous paste, apply to your hands and massage well.
  • Leave to act for a few minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Aloe vera

Of course, aloe vera cannot be missing from a list of home remedies for the skin. The person can open a stem of the plant and extract the gel inside. Apply in the palm of the hands and spread with circular movements.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar.

cornmeal and honey

  • ½ cup of cornmeal (55 g).
  • 3 tablespoons of honey (75 g).

What should you do?

  • Mix both ingredients in a container. You can add a little water to make the paste a little more manageable.
  • Rub your hands with that preparation and rinse with cold water.
  • Apply moisturizer, wait five minutes, and reapply moisturizer.
  • Repeat this treatment twice a week.
