  • The juice of an orange.
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g).

  • Mix both ingredients until you get a homogeneous paste. Apply to hands and spread well.
  • Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Pat dry with a cotton towel.

avocado and honey

People who have cracked or dry hands should not hesitate to use this natural remedy.


  • 1 avocado.
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (better if it is sweetened) (50 g).

What should you do?

  • Extract the pulp of the avocado and mix with the honey.
  • When you get a homogeneous paste, apply to your hands and massage well.
  • Leave to act for a few minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Aloe vera

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar.

  • Then move to the other hand and perform the same procedure.

cornmeal and honey

Another remedy in which honey is an important ingredient. In this case, it is an ideal recipe for dry hands due to lack of adequate care.


  • ½ cup of cornmeal (55 g).
  • 3 tablespoons of honey (75 g).

What should you do?

  • Mix both ingredients in a container. You can add a little water to make the paste a little more manageable.
  • Rub your hands with that preparation and rinse with cold water.
  • Apply moisturizer, wait five minutes, and reapply moisturizer.
  • Repeat this treatment twice a week.
