The Last of Us Part 1 reveals the requirements and features of the PC version

Naughty Dog has specified the minimum and recommended requirements for The Last of Us Part 1 on PC, plus other graphics settings additional. Through the official PlayStation blog, the study has also detailed the special features that it will include.

It will be compatible with AMD FSR 2.2 technologies and with Nvidia DLSS. On the other hand, it will include VSync and frame rate limit options, not to mention the possibility of modify texture quality, shadows, reflections, ambient occlusion, etc. It will also work on ultrawide monitors, so ultrawide (21:9) and super ultrawide (32:9) aspect ratios are added.

Minimum requirements (30 fps, 720p, low):

  • Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit version 1909 or higher
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X or Intel Core i7-4770K
  • Graphics card: AMD Radeon 470 (4GB), Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 (4GB) or 1050 Ti (4GB)
  • RAM: 16GB
  • Storage: 100GB SSD

Recommended requirements (60 fps, 1080p, high):

  • Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit version 1909 or higher
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X or Intel Core i7-8700
  • Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 5800 XT (8GB) or 6600 XT (8GB); Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super (8GB) or RTX 3060 (8GB)
  • RAM: 16GB
  • Storage: 100GB SSD

Performance (60fps, 1440p, High):

  • Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit version 1909 or higher
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or Intel Core i7-9700K
  • Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 6750XT or Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
  • RAM: 32GB
  • Storage: 100GB SSD

Ultra (60fps, 4K)

  • Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit version 1909 or higher
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X or Intel Core i5-12600K
  • Graphics card: AMD RX 7900XT (FSR quality) or Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080
  • RAM: 32GB

The Last of Us Part 1 will take advantage of the DualSense controller also on PC, although those who have other controls (such as DualShock 4 or Xbox) will also enjoy an adapted experience. Buttons can be reassigned and even keyboards and mice can be used.

The game comes out on 28th March on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Meanwhile, the HBO series is heading towards its end.
