According to relevant research, published in journal of Clinical Nutrition, a natural supplement like cloves can greatly reduce blood glucose levels.

In the trial, the workers analyzed 13 healthy volunteers between the ages of 25 and 35 and divided them into two groups, based on their blood sugar levels after a meal.
