The Merengue club, now without the Valle del Cauca team on the field, finally lost the match at the Alfredo Di Stéfano stadium 1-0, thanks to a score by María José Pérez, who took advantage of an error by the local defense.
After the meeting ended, social networks were filled with messages of support for Linda and a video was released of the exact moment in which Herrera attacked her. Likewise, many Internet users showed her concern about the possible loss of hers in the Colombian National Team.
